1. Eligibility for Returns
   We accept returns on products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Exclusions
   Certain items, such as custom-made products or plants, are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged Items
   If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
